And it's starting to pay off! I broke the 173 barrier when I got on the scale this morning. Now I need to keep it up until Tuesday! (When I have my official Weight Watchers weigh in)
Of course I have one large thing in my way.
It's one of those weeks. You know.. shark week...
And all I want is chocolate!!!! I also have a pounding headache and all I want to do is curl up and watch Disney movies.
The weather has been on everyone's mind lately. It's 70 one day, and snowing two days later. The same thing is going to happen this weekend. 70 on Saturday and 45 on Sunday. Snow possible on Tuesday.
I hope I can keep up with the running in the light of this. When it gets cold, all I want to do is stay in bed.
My goals for the week:
- Exercise every day
- 10,000 steps every day.
- make a chore list (just 3 things every day) and actually do them.
- Smaller portions of dinner
- buy some healthy snacks, and portion them out (so I don't eat too much)
What do you think? Doable?
