After a weekend spent resting and trying to beat this cold, it's time to get back to the business go getting healthy.
Tomorrow I had planned on going running.
And then I saw that we're supposed to get freezing rain.
So in to plan B! Just Dance! (Or a work out in Hulu).
The rest of the week will be spent walking the Spousal Equivalent to the bus stop, then running with the puppy. I'm using the Couch to 5K app on the my phone. Though, when I have the dog with me I usually can only do half the workout.
My plan for the weekend includes a bit more running, and a Barre3 DVD!
Also, I meal planned! Healthy snacks and planned meals.... This is going to be a good week!
