Biggest Loser- Blogger Edition- Week 2

Well, this week was full of fail.  Serious fail.

That's the number. And I'm unhappy with it.

But I realized something.  I'm making health part of my plan, but not weight loss.  D'oh!

So, my plan for the week.


  1. A minimum of 9000 steps a day.  It's noon, and I already have almost 7000, so that shouldn't be hard today.  It also means that I need to work out this weekend!
  2. Water.  I've been dehydrated, so I've obviously been slacking.
  3. Having a healthy sweet snack around.  Like strawberries or something.  I'm going for unhealthy stuff.  I want to have something on hand to stop the craving!
  4. Weight loss goal:  177 pounds by next Wednesday (February 6th)
In other news, work is crazy.... which is driving me to drink!
