So I go to weigh in... Gained weight. So after I burst into tears (not my finest moment), I talked to the lovely ladies that work in Weight Watchers.
What have I been doing differently?
~Well, I'm off birth control pills. My body might still be adjusting.
~I did a whole lot of exercise all at once... My body might not be liking it.
~I've only started keeping track of Activity Points before... That's the first thing I'm getting rid of.
The plan this week: cut back on the exercise a bit, measure and track more and stop tracking exercise
Drink water like it's going out of style. Srsly.
