The weigh in today wasn't awful. I lost a pound. Hey, every pound counts. This victory I credit to exercise.
The biggest battle in exercise. How did I win it? My iPhone. I set my morning alarm on my phone. It makes hitting the snooze hard. Misty also helps. She whines until I get up for walkies.
Another thing that helps is HuluPlus. They have tons of workouts that are between 10 minutes and an hour. Misty and I walk, when I work out.
