A Recipe.... edited

I posted this recipe earlier this month. Have you made it yet? What's keeping you!?!?

After making it a few times, here's a few observations.
  • Make sure it's tenderloin, and not sirloin.
  • After you marinate it and pour it into the pan, sniff it. Smell wine? No? Add some to the pan before cooking. Trust me!
